1. ვინ ვართ

2. რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ
ანგარიში (რეგისტრაციისას): სახელი და გვარი, ელ. ფოსტა, ტელეფონი, პაროლი. პაროლი არასდროს ინახება ღია სახით — მხოლოდ დაჰეშილი (PBKDF2-SHA256).
ჯავშანი / ტიკეტი: სახელი, ტელეფონი, არჩეული სერვისი, ვიზიტის ფორმატი, მისამართი (ადგილზე ვიზიტისას), თარიღი და დრო, პრობლემის აღწერა.
მდებარეობა — მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა თავად დააჭერთ „ლოკაციის გაზიარებას" ჯავშნის ფორმაში, და მხოლოდ ერთჯერადად, მისამართის შესავსებად. ფონურ რეჟიმში მდებარეობას არასდროს ვიღებთ.
შეფასებები: სახელი, ვარსკვლავები და კომენტარი — ეს ინფორმაცია საჯაროდ ჩანს „შეფასებების" გვერდზე.
საკონტაქტო შეტყობინებები: სახელი, საკონტაქტო ინფორმაცია და შეტყობინების ტექსტი.
ტექნიკური: ქვეყანა, რომელიც განისაზღვრება IP მისამართით მხოლოდ ენისა და ვალუტის ავტომატური არჩევისთვის — არ ინახება. მოწყობილობაზე (localStorage/cookie) ინახება მხოლოდ ის, რაც აღწერილია Cookie პოლიტიკაში.

რეკლამას, თვალთვალის (analytics/ads) ინსტრუმენტებს არ ვიყენებთ და თქვენს მონაცემებს არასდროს ვყიდით.
4. ვის ვუზიარებთ
Cloudflare, Inc. — საიტის ჰოსტინგი და მონაცემთა ბაზა (მონაცემები ინახება დაშიფრული კავშირით).
Telegram — ახალი ჯავშნისა და შეტყობინების შესახებ შიდა შეტყობინება ჩვენს თანამშრომლებს (შეიცავს ჯავშნის დეტალებს), რომ სწრაფად დაგიკავშირდეთ.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — მხოლოდ თქვენი თანხმობით („ანალიტიკა" cookie-კატეგორია): ანონიმური სტატისტიკა საიტის გამოყენებაზე (მოწყობილობა, ქვეყანა, ნანახი გვერდები, დრო საიტზე). სახელს, ტელეფონს ან ელ. ფოსტას არ გადავცემთ. დეტალები — Cookie პოლიტიკაში.

5. შენახვის ვადა და უსაფრთხოება
ანგარიში ინახება, სანამ თავად არ წაშლით.
შესვლის სესია — 30 დღე, შემდეგ ავტომატურად იწურება.
ტიკეტები ინახება მომსახურებისა და აღრიცხვისთვის; ანგარიშის წაშლისას გადაუხდელი ტიკეტები იშლება, გადახდილი კი რჩება ანონიმურად (სახელის, ტელეფონის, მისამართისა და აღწერის გარეშე).
ყველა კავშირი დაშიფრულია (HTTPS); პაროლები ინახება მხოლოდ დაჰეშილი სახით.
მონაცემთა ბაზის სარეზერვო ასლები (მონაცემების დაკარგვისგან დასაცავად) ინახება შეკუმშული სახით Cloudflare-ის დაშიფრულ საცავში (R2) მაქსიმუმ 90 დღე და შემდეგ ავტომატურად იშლება. ანგარიშის წაშლის შემდეგ თქვენი მონაცემები სარეზერვო ასლებიდანაც ქრება არაუგვიანეს 90 დღისა.
6. ანგარიშისა და მონაცემების წაშლა
ანგარიშის წაშლა შეგიძლიათ ნებისმიერ დროს, ორი გზით:
აპლიკაციაში ან საიტზე: შედით ანგარიშზე → დააჭირეთ პროფილის აიქონს (ზედა მარჯვენა კუთხე) → „ანგარიშის წაშლა" → დაადასტურეთ პაროლით. ან უბრალოდ დააჭირეთ ქვემოთ ღილაკს.
ელ. ფოსტით: მოგვწერეთ [email protected]-ზე იმ ელ. ფოსტიდან, რომლითაც დარეგისტრირდით — ანგარიშს წავშლით 7 დღის განმავლობაში.
იშლება: ანგარიში (სახელი, ელ. ფოსტა, ტელეფონი, პაროლი), ყველა სესია და გადაუხდელი ტიკეტები. გადახდილი ტიკეტები რჩება მხოლოდ ბუღალტრული აღრიცხვისთვის, პერსონალური მონაცემების გარეშე. შეფასების ან შეტყობინების წაშლაც შეგიძლიათ მოითხოვოთ ელ. ფოსტით.
7. ბავშვები და ცვლილებები
ჩვენი მომსახურება არ არის განკუთვნილი 13 წლამდე ბავშვებისთვის და მათ მონაცემებს შეგნებულად არ ვაგროვებთ. ამ პოლიტიკის ცვლილებისას განახლებული ვერსია გამოქვეყნდება ამავე გვერდზე.

Privacy Policy
This policy covers the CoreLine website (coreline.ge) and the CoreLine mobile app. It explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.
1. Who we are
CoreLine IT Solutions is an IT services company based in Georgia. Data controller contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Account (when you sign up): full name, email, phone number, password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only as a PBKDF2-SHA256 hash.
Bookings / tickets: name, phone, selected service, visit type, address (for on-site visits), date and time, description of the issue.
Location — only when you tap “share location” in the booking form, once, to fill in your address. We never collect location in the background.
Reviews: name, star rating and comment — shown publicly on the Reviews page.
Contact messages: name, contact details and message text.
Technical: your country, derived from your IP address only to pick the language and currency automatically — not stored. On your device we store only what is listed in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
To receive your booking, contact you and deliver the service;
To show your ticket history and status in your account;
To record payment status;
To answer your questions and improve our service.
We do not use advertising or tracking (analytics/ads) tools, and we never sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and database (data transmitted over encrypted connections).
Telegram — internal notifications to our staff about new bookings and messages (including booking details), so we can contact you quickly.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — only with your consent (the "analytics" cookie category): anonymous usage statistics (device, country, pages viewed, time on site). We never send your name, phone or email. Details in our Cookie Policy.
We do not share data with any other third party, except where required by law.
5. Retention and security
Your account is kept until you delete it.
Login sessions expire after 30 days.
Tickets are kept to deliver the service and for accounting; when you delete your account, unpaid tickets are deleted and paid tickets are kept anonymised (without name, phone, address or description).
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored only as hashes.
Database backups (to protect against data loss) are kept compressed in Cloudflare's encrypted storage (R2) for at most 90 days and are then deleted automatically. After you delete your account, your data also disappears from backups within 90 days at the latest.
6. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time, in two ways:
In the app or on the website: log in → tap your profile icon (top right) → “Delete account” → confirm with your password. Or simply use the button below.
By email: write to [email protected] from the email address you registered with — we will delete your account within 7 days.
Deleted: your account (name, email, phone, password), all sessions and unpaid tickets. Paid tickets are kept for accounting only, without personal data. You can also request deletion of a review or message by email.
7. Children and changes
Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
